He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Baghdad and later obtained a Master's degree in Law. His master's thesis, titled "The Legal Relationship Between the State and Electronic Payment Companies," reflects his specialized expertise in financial and electronic payment legislation.
